Harvested in the milk stage, makes a sweet, flavorful roasting corn. Allowed to dry on the stalk, you will have an excellent corn meal. One of the oldest types of cultivated corn. Appalachian Heirloom-pre 1875. This Southern Seed has been selected since 2003 in the Brazos River Valley making it a regionally adapted, reliable, heirloom seed.
