Corn - Oaxacan Green Dent (Southern Acclimated)
Zea mays
Grown for centuries by the Zapotec Indians of southern Mexico. Traditionally grown with squash and beans which climb up the corn stalks. Drought resistant, sturdy, 7' dent variety produces emerald green kernels on 10" ears. This variety has been acclimated to the warmer southern climate throughout the years making it a regionally adapted, reliable, heirloom seed.
