This seed was originally bought from Porter & Sons located in Stephenville, TX in 1994. An old-time drought-resistant favorite in the Southwest. Introduced in Texas to suit the conditions of the harsh climate. Produces large yields of smooth, plum-shaped 4 oz fruit. This tomato is thin-skinned, deep red and exceptionally sweet. This variety has been acclimated to the warmer southern climate throughout the years making it a regionally adapted, reliable, heirloom seed.
